It usually starts the same way. A client comes to you holding her lipstick. The one she has bought again and again for years. She wants her lips to look like that all the time, without putting anything on. You mix a shade close to it. Close, but not it. She says yes, because she trusts you. Six weeks later, the color heals. It's pretty, but it's not her lipstick.
