A client may arrive asking for a particular procedure. We begin by understanding what they want to achieve.
Then we look at the whole face: proportions, shape, color, expression, the relationships between features and client's trigger points.
From there, we build a plan.
Sometimes one carefully chosen procedure makes the difference. Sometimes the work involves several appointments. Knowing what to preserve is part of the process.
Inside the Challenge, you will practice turning your observations into recommendations and explaining those recommendations in a way your client can understand. From how to lead a consultation to how to understand youe signature style and niche.

What the client wanted
Julie wanted a lip blush because her friend got it done. She booked a consultation. Mentioned she had a scar.

What I notice in the whole face
Julie came in smiling and being really a bright light. That completely didn't align with her tired looking down turned eyebrows and masculine thick shape that didn't fit the rest of the face. Her haircut is masculine so are her features. She needed not just a new lip blush to cover her scar, but a new more narrow bow pout to create femeninity as well as warm and uplifted eyebrows to fully reflect who I met that day.

How I deliver it
On a photo during a virtual consultation i created a mockup of her full look as if i did her brows softer and her lips poutier and more femenine. I ashed if she noted that i filled in her eyebrows too. She said yes, I explained why and what i noticed..

What we chose to address and preserve
We booked a lip blush and during a consultation I filled in Julie's eyebrows with very warm pencil to show what it would look like to have them done differently. She gasped and booked her lightening at the same time as he rip touch up. After the lightening, she was already very pleased and i just filled in her brows with makeup, two days later she called and asked for a brow appointment.

All Slpit in process in a complete trust and I never felt like I am selling anything or worried about the money. I was just sharing what I already knew how to do best.

Each day, you receive a short lesson and one assignment inside the private Instagram account. No long hourly boring lectures. Straight to the point.
You will practice with facial assessments, consultation recordings, and your own treatment plans. You will gain expertise and confidence in your skills and process.

No. You can practice using procedures you already perform. You will learn to assess the whole face and develop appropriate recommendations, including when to preserve a feature or refer a client.

The Challenge focuses on facial assessment, consultations, treatment planning, and presenting your offer. Supervised model work is part of the separate in-person Intensive.

You will study how Anna develops and prices transformation plans, then build an offer suited to your own practice. Your price depends on your skills, costs, the work involved, and client demand. The program does not guarantee bookings or an income level.

Approximately 10-20 minutes for most daily assignments. Those are daily golden nuggets of wisdom you can apply to your practice instantly.

Anna will discuss selected submissions in three live group reviews and provide personal feedback on your final case plan. Individual feedback is not included on every daily assignment.
